Everything. Your pictures are yours, the files this queue writes are yours, and no interest in either is claimed here. Since no image reaches a server there is nothing to license, store, or hand back.

The minutes this site quotes are measured on your own processor a moment before a run and projected forward. A projection made in two seconds cannot account for a laptop that throttles at forty minutes, a tab the operating system backgrounds, or another application deciding to index your disk. The published range is wide for that reason and it is still a range rather than a promise. No liability is accepted for a run taking longer than quoted, for a run that does not complete, or for a decision made on the strength of a number on this site.

This is offered as it is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may be unavailable, it may contain defects, and an output may not be suitable for what you intend to do with it. Keep your originals; this queue never modifies them, but a tool that writes files is not a backup strategy.

Two trained networks can be downloaded here. ESPCN is published under Apache-2.0. Real-ESRGAN general x4v3 is published under BSD-3-Clause. Both are fetched from this network’s own object store, both are used unmodified, and both licences travel with them. Their authors have nothing to do with this site and endorse nothing about it.

Do not use this on images you have no right to process, and do not use it to produce material that is unlawful where you are. Because nothing reaches a server, enforcement is not something this site is able to do — which makes that sentence a statement about your responsibility rather than about any check happening here.

These terms may change when the tool does. There is no account to notify, so the page is the notice; the constants it quotes and the behaviour of the build move in the same release, which is enforced by a gate rather than by intention.
